By using the CRM@Weblink application, you can manage your user data and monitor employee performance anytime, anywhere. By accessing the app, you acknowledge and accept the App’s Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as all relevant laws and regulations. In response to multiple requests, CRM@Weblink now includes a Call Log feature. This tool provides business entities/business houses with crucial insights to improve customer services, evaluate employee’s performances, and ensure accountability. By monitoring call logs, business houses can assess the communication quality, identify top performers, offer targeted training, and uncover successful sales strategies. Ultimately, this feature helps maintain high service standards, optimize performance, and drive business development via transparency.
If you choose to enable the call tracking feature within the mobile app, additional information will be collected, and certain permissions must be granted. If the such permission will not been granted, the following data will not be used or processed.
a) Additional Information required:
Call Time: When the call occurred.
Call Type: Incoming, outgoing, or missed.
Call Duration: Length of the call.
From Number: Caller's number
To Number & Name: The number and name associated with the call.
b) Mobile Application Permissions:
Read Contact: To display call data between employees and customers, including contact names.
Read Call Logs: This permission allows the app to access your call logs for analyzing call data and generating reports as needed.
Read Phone State: This permission is needed to access the call state to display the type of call record after a call is disconnected.
Note: Users are free to use the CRM@Weblink application as per their requirements. Calls are tracked only when the app is installed on the phone and the above permissions are granted; otherwise, no call tracking is captured by CRM@Weblink. If the user removes the permission while installing the app, only customer data can be managed, and no call logs will be tracked.

Your call data is secured through encryption and stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel. We use a secure server to encrypt sensitive and credit information during transmission and CRM@Weblink is obligated to keep the information confidential. Your uploaded User Data remains yours. CRM@Weblink will not redistribute, publish, or publicly disclose any uploaded User Data unless required by law. While CRM@Weblink does not automatically review all uploaded User Data, we reserve the right to refuse or remove any User Data at our discretion.
